Film Event Accessibility Scorecard Survey
The Film Event Accessibility Scorecard 2023 was developed by FWD-Doc in partnership with Film Event Accessibility Working Group (FEAW) with the support of Film Festival Alliance, and in association with 1IN4 Coalition. Film event organizers, filmmakers and guests are invited to participate in the collection of accessibility data. The results will be utilized to improve the film events experience and create a more inclusive field, accessible for all.

This survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. To save your progress and return at a later time, simply keep the browser window open.
